About the Role:
WIT Consulting is seeking a Project Manager – Workplace Technology to lead multiple workplace technology projects across Europe. You will work closely with global clients to design and deliver ICT, AV, and smart building solutions that enhance workplace efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end project delivery for workplace technology initiatives, including IT infrastructure, AV, network design, and digital workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with real estate, workplace strategy, and technology teams to align solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and implementation processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks while maintaining stakeholder communication and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in IT/Workplace Technology project management, preferably in corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of workplace technology ecosystems, including networks, AV, collaboration tools, and security.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
